Attending physician E.A. Thompson of Breckenridge. Attended from 1 May to time of death at 4:10pm. Berta Rhea was married to Fred Salisbury, the informant of Breckenridge, and was a housewife. Father was L.R. Reynolds born in Mooresville, Missouri; mother Radie Gray, born in Breckenridge, Missouri. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery of Breckenridge on 17 May 1926. Certificate filed 16 May 1926 by E.A. Thompson.
