Death Certificate Nancy WILLS GREGORY

Missouri State Board of Health Bureau of Vital Statistics, Certificate of Death. Nancy Gregory died 4 July 1929 in Stewartsville, Washington Township, DeKalb, Missouri of apoplexy. Nancy was born 23 December 1841 in Clinton County, Missouri to John Wills (birthplace Virginia) and Pheobe Bellaes (birthplace unknown). Miss Bertha Gregory of Stewartsville was the informant. At the time of her death, Nancy had lived in her residence for 46 years, and was a widow of William Gregory. G.E Saunders of Stewartsville was the M.D. in attendance from 20 Apr to 4 July 1929. Burial was in the Stewartsville Cemetery 7 July 1929, undertaker F.G. Lyon of Stewartsville. Certificate #24212 filed 6 July 1929 by G.E. Saunders.
