Thomas M. Gray died at 3:00 am on 29 November 1918 at the age of 73 years, 9 months and 22 days in Mooresville Township, Livingston, Missouri. Widowed at the time of death. Born 7 Feb 1845 in Breckenridge, Missouri to Henry Gray (birthplace unknown) and Debby (illegible) Tolmin (birthplace Pennsylvania). Cause of death was mitral (illegible), duration unknown. Doctor was J. A. Waterman of Breckenridge, who attended Thomas from 23 November to 29 November 1918. Informant was John A. Gray of Breckenridge, Missouri. Undertaker was D.J. McLeek (sp?) of Breckenridge. Burial in Gaunt Cemetery 30 November 1918. Retired farmer. Certificate 40716 filed 7 Dec 1918 by J. E. Vahey, registrar.
