George W. Kersey desiring to procure License to marry Miss Fannye M. Kerns being duly sworn, on my oath say that I am a white person over twenty-one years of age, and that the said Miss Fannye M. Kerns is a white person over eighteen years of age, and is no blood relation to me. Signed Geo. w. Kersey. Subscribed and sworn to before me this 18th day of April 1908 by John J. Kersey of St. Joseph, County of Buchanan and State of Missouri who is ove the age of twenty-one years, and Miss Fannye M. Kerns of Hemple County of Clinton and State of Missouri who is over the ate of eighteen years.
